We left Bonn on Friday and headed towards Munich. All 20 of us rode a 5 hour train with all of our luggage. It wasn’t easy in the slightest but despite all of it we made it to Munich and to our hotel on time and relatively all in one piece. That afternoon we had a bike tour through the city and ended with dinner at a restaurant in the city center. the first day in Munich was a success and we ended the night in a hotel bed that was almost criminally comfortable.
The next day was a tour of the 1972 Olympic stadium and it was an impressive sight to see. Not just the architecture but to see how vast and versatile the grounds were.
at this point we had only been in Munich for a day and a half. We still had so much left to do before our time together came to an end.
